As a member of our counseling team, you will be responsible for scheduling patient consults and evaluations. You will act as their first touch-point within the organization’s patients, providing them with important information that is key to the decision-making process. You will be trained and tested on your knowledge and presentation. Candidates must possess a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy working with people. Phone skills are a must and customer service and/or telemarketing experience desired. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must demonstrate strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Discretion and integrity are important with all interactions. BILINGUAL A PLUS.
