The Assistant General Manager of Fin & Tonic reports directly to the General Manager, collaborating closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding F&T standards.
We seek experienced hospitality professionals with:
Key Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- An outgoing personality, committed to providing a 5-star experience for guests
- At least 2 years of management experience in restaurants, hotels, or resorts
- A solid understanding of profit and loss statements, budgeting, and inventory recording practices
- Familiarity with TOAST Point of Sale systems and wine knowledge to assist servers during service periods
Daily Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service areas, and bathrooms to meet company and health department standards
- Review forecasted reservations against staffing requirements
- Conduct weekly bar inventory and provide recommendations for product ordering
- Create and submit schedules for bar staff to the General Manager
- Assist in grassroots marketing initiatives
- Support service staff during peak periods to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Close out daily reports for service staff
