About the Role
The AGM will report directly to the GM and work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
We require:
- Proven Leadership and Organizational Abilities
- An enthusiastic and engaging personality
- At least 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- A solid understanding of financial management and budgeting
- Adept at inventory management and TOAST POS systems
- Knowledge of wine and spirits
Duties and Responsibilities
This position involves:
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in dining areas and service spaces
- Managing staffing levels based on forecasted reservations
- Conducting regular bar inventory and advising on product procurement
- Scheduling bar staff and submitting schedules to the GM
- Supporting grassroots marketing initiatives
- Assisting service staff during service periods
- Ensuring a 5-star experience for all guests
- Preparing final service staff close-out reports
