Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for logistics positions, including drivers, warehouse personnel, and other supply chain roles.
- Utilize Tenstreet to source, track, and manage candidate profiles, ensuring efficient and organized recruitment processes.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for various logistics-related positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future logistics hiring needs.
- Ensure candidates meet all necessary requirements for Driver Qualification Files (DQF), including verifying appropriate licenses, medical certificates, MVRs, safety performance history, and more.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and recruitment activities in Tenstreet.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Stay current on logistics industry trends and best practices to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong focus on logistics or transportation roles.
- Extensive experience using Tenstreet for candidate tracking, communication, and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of Driver Qualification File (DQF) requirements and the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional recruitment results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting for both local and long-haul driver positions.
- Familiarity with other recruitment platforms and tools.
- A background in logistics or transportation operations is a plus.
