The Junior Project Manager is responsible for successfully implementing Finalsite solutions by managing smaller-scoped projects and supporting larger implementations. This client-facing role involves coordinating project tasks, maintaining timelines, initial software configurations, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The Junior Project Manager will gain hands-on experience in project management with opportunities to develop skills and grow into a full Project Manager role.

100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage smaller-scoped projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes. Most projects are expected to be completed in 1 week or less.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand project needs, provide updates, and address concerns.
Support the planning, development, and execution of project tasks in collaboration with team members.
Assist in project scheduling, timeline management, and resource coordination.
Conduct research and gather data to inform project decisions.
Perform administrative tasks such as collecting intake assets, setting up projects, and scheduling meetings.
Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and escalating potential issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Complete tasks assigned by the Project Manager efficiently and accurately.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks across different projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions.
Experience with project planning tools and technology applications.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management career path.
