What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wholesale Submissions Processor position at Finance of America Companies?
Prepares loan files for underwriting, reviews files to ensure completeness of submission and acts as a liaison between Lender / Client and internal teams.
EXPECTATIONS
- Prepares loan file for underwriting.
- Ensures all appropriate fields in ReverseVision are complete / accurate.
- Re-discloses applicable documents in compliance with RESPA / TILA requirements.
- Communicates with LAMs and Account Executives on a daily basis.
- Liaisons between Lender / Client, Underwriter and Account Executive.
- Troubleshoots any issues that may arise, escalates to Operations Manager as needed.
- Assists in pipeline management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is ($45,000 - $50,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
