Purpose of Role
Responsible for supporting marketing operations by managing changes to the marketing technology platform, process optimization and workflow changes, data management and reporting changes, marketing strategy changes, compliance and regulatory changes within the marketing function, such as landing page updates, calculation changes, and home value minimum variance.
Expectations
- Creates Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that clearly outline the goals, needs, and expectations for various marketing projects and initiatives.
- Manages and updates customer service scripting to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns, product changes, and company messaging, while collaborating with stakeholders to implement accurate and timely script modifications.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce team, facilitating communication, addressing inquiries, and ensuring that marketing requirements are accurately reflected in Salesforce configurations and updates.
- Makes daily data uploads to ensure the accurate and timely integration of marketing data into relevant systems, including digital team spend uploads.
- Manages testing for all campaign launches, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and optimization of campaign elements across platforms prior to deployment.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for web development ticketing, coordinating requests, tracking progress, and ensuring the timely resolution of issues related to marketing initiatives.
- Collects and monitors various marketing metrics to track the performance of marketing initiatives and summarizes insights to inform management.
- Assists with the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions.
- Collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure product design, marketing strategy, and organizational goals are aligned.
- Maintains knowledge of competitor strategies, industry trends, and consumer preferences to identify marketing opportunities or strategy improvements.

- Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 4 years of related experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, sales, customer service or a combination.
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Prior experience with creative production.
- High comfort level with technology and tools and willingness/capacity to learn.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Salesforce, WordPress, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Social Media Business Tools.
- Experience with digital and traditional marketing channels a plus.
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and drive projects forward to completion.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($88,500 - $106,200) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
