Remote Healthcare Recruiter needed 3 plus month contract assignment with a national healthcare provider.
Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for:
- Full cycle recruiting for nurses in an assigned territory with approximately 50-70 requisitions
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions.
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
- Processing applicants, new hire, and employee transactions through the human resources information system.
- Sourcing in ADP, creating offer letters and assisting with administrative tasks
- Utilizing Excel to track performance and KPI's.
Healthcare background should include:
- Experience in recruiting RN, LVN, Acute Care Nurses
- Must have experience with ADP, iCIMS, or Taleo
- Ideal applicants are in the Pacific Time Zone.
