Financial Additions is assisting an established property management company in Fort Worth looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team. This position is in office but has hybrid flexibility as needed.
Executive Assistant/Office Manager responsibilities include:
- Manages all day to day office operations including ordering supplies, facilities and equipment maintenance
- Maintains organized electronic filing system and ensures confidentiality across all documentation
- Prepares correspondence and reports, notarizes documents and other duties
- Schedules meetings, conferences and events for executives
Executive Assistant/Office Manager background should include:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years office management or administrative experience in a corporate company
- Experience in property management or commercial real estate helpful
- Experience with standard office equipment.
- Must be extremely polished and professional
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
