Key Responsibilities
✔ Analyze leases with a focus on North Dakota and Louisiana law and minerals
✔ Manage lease and payment processing
✔ Create and maintain revenue decks
✔ Work with drilling and division order title opinions
✔ Interact with royalty and working interest owners to handle ownership transfers
✔ Brief and interpret contracts (farmouts, letter agreements, joint operating agreements)
✔ Prepare and process assignments
What You Need to Succeed
✅ 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
✅ Strong Word and Excel skills
✅ Excellent communication and attention to detail
✅ Ability to collaborate across departments
✅ Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
✅ Experience with Excalibur Lease Data System, NDIC Web Site, and Louisiana Sonris System is a plus
