Overview of the role
A small financial service company of 16 team members is seeking a Customer Success Manager to address all responsibilities associated with exceptional customer service of a strong client base and additional customer growth. This is an in-office opportunity with minimal travel requirements. We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary and monthly performance-based commission and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities
- This individual is responsible with the satisfaction and retention of current clients and the identifying, development and on-boarding of future clients.
- This is an all-inclusive role of interfacing with clients, which includes the daily intake processing of new accounts furnished by our clients and the monthly distribution of corporate work product directly to our clients.
- You will also be responsible for completing operational tasks while minimizing risks under established policies, performing routine to moderately complex, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently, and resolving issues related to daily operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
