What You'll Do:
- Develop and Innovate: Create inspiring learning programs that meet the diverse needs of our organization, leveraging the latest in educational technology.
- Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with top-level leaders to ensure our teams are equipped for success in an ever-evolving work environment.
- Manage and Mentor: Lead our Learning and Development team, encouraging continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Evaluate and Enhance: Implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and drive continuous development.
- Safeguard and Support: Maintain the utmost confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive training information while fostering an ethical workplace.
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Industrial Relations, or a related field, or significant teaching experience.
- At least three years of experience in a corporate training setting.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and facilitating organizational change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a technical aptitude for learning new software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
