We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our members. Duties
- Greet and assist members as they enter the facility, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system.
- Provide information about membership options, services, and promotions to potential and existing members.
- Address member inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly with excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain accurate records of member accounts and transactions, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Assist in stocking merchandise and maintaining the cleanliness of the service area.
- Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls effectively, providing information or directing calls as needed.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse member base.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with members effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience supervising staff is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual abilities are an advantage for enhancing member interactions.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
