What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their marketing campaigns are running smoothly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management – Build strong relationships, provide exceptional support, and ensure client satisfaction.
Campaign Performance Analysis – Review lead data, track response rates, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Onboarding & Implementation – Assist new clients with seamless onboarding and campaign setup.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement – Support ongoing enhancements to deliver the highest level of service.
Special Projects – Take on high-impact initiatives that contribute to company growth and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a client-focused, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate has:
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial advisory and/or insurance industry is a plus.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Attention to Detail & Organization: Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
