Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: • Leads a team of service delivery professionals;• Plans, manages, and executes service delivery projects; • Ensures adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards; • Collaborates with clients to understand their needs and requirements;• Monitors and reports on service delivery performance;• Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance service delivery; and• Stays up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.
