Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the legal or banking tech industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Important skills include the ability to communicate and demonstrate the full capabilities of FSS’ software solutions, the ability to connect with prospects over the phone and through email and the ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new clients through networking and cold calling.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Prospect Outreach: Set in person meetings and attend conferences.
- Product Demonstrations: Set up and conduct effective sales presentations and software demonstrations with qualified leads.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, generate leads, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activity, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales and account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
