About Us:

Finastra is seeking an experienced Sales & Account Management Executive to join our team. As a strategic partner, this individual will develop and execute account strategies to drive client retention and growth within a defined portfolio of accounts and/or territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, including their operating environment, business objectives, strategic initiatives, key stakeholders, and influencers.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, identifying new sales opportunities and advancing the sales pursuit to close with support from internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing valuable insights and expertise to drive growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with client initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting data and analyze industry trends to inform business decisions.
  • Focus on building long-term relationships with clients to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for Finastra's products and services.
