Position Summary :

The Client Implementation Engineer (Back End) - I supports the technical aspects of FINBOA's client implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance during onboarding. This role involves database configuration, query optimization, and process automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation Support : Configure and support technical back-end requirements for projects, including batch processing, data exporting / importing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Collaboration : Partner with internal teams and clients to define and implement project-specific configurations.

Compliance : Maintain compliance standards and manage change control processes for all implementation projects.

Client Interaction : Communicate technical specifications, enhancements, and solutions to clients in a clear, approachable manner.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Monitor batch processes, resolve errors promptly, and document software bugs for troubleshooting.

Documentation : Develop and maintain technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Resource Management : Use project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

Cloud Deployment : Deploy and manage FINBOA solutions within Azure environments, ensuring compatibility with marketplace containerization.

What We're Looking For :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

High school diploma (required).

3 years in customer-facing roles, such as technical support or customer success.

2 years of experience in a SaaS environment, focusing on back-end support.

Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries.

Experience with Azure cloud services and implementing Azure-based solutions.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in task prioritization and agile methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and certifications.

Experience in banking or fintech, especially familiarity with Reg E Dispute management processes.

Experience with project management tools like Asana.

Success Metrics :

Deliver reliable, tailored solutions to achieve high client satisfaction scores.

Maintain a 95% on-time delivery rate for tasks and projects.

Optimize batch processing, database performance, and automation workflows, reducing error rates by 20%.

Proactively communicate with teams and clients to align on project goals.

Use SQL and Azure knowledge to troubleshoot and enhance processes effectively.
