FINBOA is growing again! We are hiring a Client Implementation Project Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of our software solutions for banks and credit unions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial industry, particularly with Reg E dispute management, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
While this is a remote position you must be located in the US states of : Texas, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Illinois, New York, Arizona, Georgia or Arkansas.

What You'll Do
As a Client Implementation Project Manager , you will :
Lead Implementation Projects : Serve as the primary point of contact for client implementations, overseeing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.Collaborate with Financial Institutions : Work closely with banks and credit unions to ensure successful adoption of FINBOA's solutions, aligning with client goals and compliance requirements.Facilitate Communication : Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring clear and actionable communication without requiring deep technical explanations.Provide Expertise : Guide clients in configuring workflows, understanding Reg E dispute management processes, and maximizing the value of our platform.Drive Client Success : Build strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring project success.Improve Processes : Develop and refine implementation methodologies and templates to optimize efficiency and outcomes.What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management.3 years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS, software consulting, or financial services.Familiarity with banking or credit union operations, particularly Reg E dispute management.Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs); experience with Asana is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and resolve challenges quickly.A proactive attitude and a track record of significant career growth.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working directly within a bank or credit union.Familiarity with automation software or legal operations processes.Exposure to dispute management workflows or compliance processes.What Success Looks Like
