About the Role - Finch is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Manager to drive growth and build long-term relationships with clients in hospitality, food and beverage industry (Restaurants, Bars, Hotels). This role will focus on helping clients to grow their business through integrating technology, providing zero cost digital screens and apps. Identifying new opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionaly to deliver results. The ideal candidate will possess selling skills, and a customer-focused approach to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced Start-up environment.
Responsibilities -
- Prospect for new contacts in order to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Identify and target potential hospitality venues, including casual dining restaurants, sports bars, pub-style bars, bistros, neighborhood taverns, and rooftop bars and lounges.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
- Conduct impactful in-person meetings and presentations with potential key decision-makers to pitch Finch's marketing screens, loyalty products and associated apps.
- Understand client needs and tailor presentations to demonstrate how Finch's product can enhance their marketing efforts.
- Builds and maintains relationships with accounts to understand the needs of the customer.
- Deliver effective educational sessions and presentations for potential and existing clients, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
- Supervise installation and onboarding when the customers sign up.
- Organizes, documents and manages personal sales process in order to identify obstacles and track success.
- Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and report on sales activities and pipeline performance.
Requirements
- Interest in the hospitality, food and beverage industry (Restaurants, Bars, Hotels).
- All degrees of professional experience from freshly graduated to several years of work experience will be considered.
- You are a natural at drawing people in, willing to talk to anyone, able to carry a conversation, and have thirst for connecting with and helping others.
- Can make 12 – 15 in person visits to restaurants, bars and hotels daily.
- You are constantly progressing the pipeline, where setbacks don’t lower motivation.
- Effective presentation skills across multiple engagement platforms, including in-person, phone, and virtual tools.
- Ability to overcome rejection & have fun in the process.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
Pay range and compensation package - Pay range or salary or compensation
- This role pay Base Salary High Uncapped Commission.
- Starting with 25 hours/week and potentially switch to 40 hours/week based on performance.
- Base Salary: Minimum wage for 25 hours/week.
- Commission: On Target Earnings for the role pays over $40000 with commissions, with no cap on commissions.
- Expected pay for top performers: Base Salary Commission over $120000.
- Extra stipend: An extra stipend to dine in potential clients, and transportation.
