About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in field sales, particularly in hospitality, food, and beverage. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, pitching innovative solutions, and managing a growing portfolio of clients in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value hospitality venues (restaurants, bars, hotels).
- Develop and execute a strategic sales approach, leveraging your industry experience to drive adoption.
- Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to onboarding and post-sale account management.
- Supervise product installation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Utilize CRM tools to track performance and optimize sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in food and beverage, hospitality, tech, or advertising.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales strategies and relationship management.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a consultative selling approach.
- Ability to make in-person visits daily and maintain high energy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
