What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Satisfaction Representative position at FINCH PAPER LLC?
Provides daily service and support to an external customer base and internal Sales and Marketing teams. Essential functions include but are not limited to: administering to a high volume of customer inquiries and purchasing requests (via phone, fax, email); researching and responding to product queries and shipment scheduling inquiries; partnering with production and logistics departments to ensure proper expediting of deliveries that meet and exceed world class service standards. Two or four year related degree (Business, Marketing, etc.) a plus; previous experience in a busy customer service environment is required; professional phone experience is essential; must possess excellent math and communication skills and be able to multi-task; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
