Compliance Analyst

OVERVIEW - HYBRID POSITION

We are seeking someone with a banking background to work as a Compliance Analyst for a large, financial institution. This person will work with a small team that oversees compliance and risk management, conducting tests, internal audits, and risk assessments to find weaknesses or issues and to safeguard customer information.

DETAILS & DUTIES

• Create, develop, and implement testing and monitoring to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in the banking industry
• Analyze trends and identify root causes, preparing reports on findings
• Recommend improvements and test changes to ensure proper implementation
• Track and mitigate weaknesses and inefficiencies
• Monday-Friday 8-5
• Located in Greenville, SC
• Hybrid position after 30 days of training provided performance is satisfactory

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
