You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).
Responsibilities
- Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
- Lead a large team through day-to-day operations
- Responsible for the growth and development of the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Our client is closed on Sundays, but there is a requirement to work two Saturdays each month with one day off during the week.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in product management
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
