Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of the Leadership Team.
- Oversee logistics activities alongside the logistics coordinator.
- Manage purchasing functions in collaboration with the purchasing manager.
- Lead customer service operations.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the business.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in logistics and purchasing within the heavy machinery industry.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing teams.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong computer proficiency.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
