We are looking for a skilled High Volume Real Estate Specialist to join our team at Find Great People | FGP. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances.
Main Tasks:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of residential and commercial real estate transactions, from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Draft and review complex loan documents, such as contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the transaction process.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, including reviewing title information and disbursement ledgers.
Requirements:
- Licenses as a practicing attorney, in good standing with the South Carolina State Bar.
- Prior experience in residential real estate transactions, preferably with a proven track record.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
