Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate retail and rental staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Train new employees, provide ongoing coaching and development for the team, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with food & beverage vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, timely deliveries, and cost control.
- Manage inventory for the retail store and rental equipment, including stock ordering, restocking, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a management seat is ideal.
- Experience with food and beverage would be a plus.
- Ability to work 5-6 days a week during the busy season (60 hours per week) with overtime paid at time and a half.
