Job Description
As an Inside Sales Specialist at our esteemed partner, a leading national distributor of building products, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing customers to establish and nurture relationships
- Conduct daily outbound sales calls to 30-50 customers, including cold calls
- Develop and execute strategic growth strategies to optimize customer account management
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions and competitive landscapes
- Apply deep market knowledge and current trends to educate and advise customers
- Interact with the sales team to strategize on growing market share in designated territories
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Building products knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass background verification and drug test
