We are seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our client's team in Greenville. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and distribution of products to meet customer requirements. You will oversee the coordination of drivers, shipments, and deliveries, maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure high levels of service and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, solution-oriented, and driven to implement best practices for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Enter load details and quotes into the company’s proprietary software system.
- Respond promptly to quote requests and new opportunities.
- Manage loads and assist team members when needed.
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
- Work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
- Resolve issues related to carrier pick-up, delivery, and customer service.
- Follow up with shippers and/or recipients to assess additional service needs.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience in the transportation or logistics field is essential.
- Knowledge of industry regulations (such as DOT) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $50,000-55,000 with benefits
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
