Pricebook Manager

We are seeking a Pricebook Manager for an established company in the Greenville, SC. The individual in this role will oversees the integrity and flow of item-level data within the pricebook database, coordinating between senior management, category managers, and store-level merchandising to ensure accurate pricing, target margins, and promotional execution. They will develop procedures, manage price-related activities, and analyze sales and promotional data to support merchandising strategies. This is a full time, permanent position, and onsite.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations and ensure data integrity within the company’s pricebook database, addressing issues such as non-scanning items and pricing discrepancies.
• Develop and implement streamlined processes for Category Managers, Marketing Managers, and Operations, including supplier communication and merchandising procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and technical issues, maintain effective communication, and provide training and guidance to team members.
• Analyze item movement and promotional performance, recommending actions to optimize inventory, pricing, and future promotions.
• Manage supplier, item, and store-level information, including new item entry, discontinued items, and electronic data exchange with vendors.
• Generate and maintain sales, product movement, and marketing reports, supporting category managers with projections and progress evaluations.
