Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced communications / public relations professional with proven experience with strategic communications, managing client relationships, reporting against strategic KPIs. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys a multi-faceted role including managing client relationships and driving client success through innovative strategies, effective communication, and measurable outcomes.
Location : Greenville, SC – Relocation is available for out of area candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans.
- Create compelling media materials, including press releases, media alerts, and FAQs, tailored to target audiences.
- Lead national-level media relations initiatives.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional client service and relationship management.
- Deliver persuasive client presentations and manage budget allocations for paid media programs.
- Provide event and trade show support.
- Lead social media programs and drive ROI analysis.
- Conduct research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Develop corporate social responsibility platforms.
- Track and report progress against strategic KPIs.
