Job Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hourly pay rate of $ 18
• 7am to 3:30pm
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Maintain and organize records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.
• Assist with processing and tracking documents and reports.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing outstanding customer service.
• Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with office software and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility with standard office hours; amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
