Position Overview
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Pay Rate: $18 per hour
- Shift Hours: 7am to 3:30pm
- Carry out basic office responsibilities such as data entry, filing, and handling communications.
- Keep records organized with precision and confidentiality.
- Assist with scheduling, arranging meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Help in the processing and tracking of documents and reports.
- Manage phone inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
- Offer administrative support to team members as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification; an associate’s degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical capacities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software and office equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Availability for regular office hours; willingness to take on night shifts if required.
