What You Will Be Doing

• Apply and maintain a solid understanding of general accounting principles.
• Execute day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of business accounting practices.
• Handle all aspects of business financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and monitor budgets.
• Assist in forecasting financial trends and providing insights into potential financial risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
• Generate and distribute regular financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Present financial information in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Experience You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent qualification is highly desirable but not required.
• Proven experience in general accounting and business accounting.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
