- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, concentrating on cold formed steel.

- Thorough understanding of building codes and standards.
- Exceptional AutoCAD capabilities for design and drafting.
