Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee business operations, financial performance, and day-to-day execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams in content production, technology, finance, and community engagement.
- Implement process improvements and scalable systems to drive growth.
- Manage sales & brand partnerships and ensure operational alignment with company goals.
