Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee business operations, financial performance, and day-to-day execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams in content production, technology, finance, and community engagement.
• Implement process improvements and scalable systems to drive growth.
• Manage sales & brand partnerships and ensure operational alignment with company goals.

• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and experience applying its principles is a plus.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams, from content creation to technology and finance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to execute strategy effectively.
• Experience in the fitness, wellness, or digital content space is a plus but not required.
