A Behavior Coach (RBT or Behavior Therapist) is a 1-on-1 therapist, that means that you get to work directly with children to create lasting impact on their lives and build them a better future.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1-on-1 therapy with a child with autism
- Teach them skills like better communication, how to interact with others, and daily living skills so they can become more independent and fulfilled
- Work under a Master level therapist who will provide you with the training plan for each child you work with
- Communicate progress with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties

Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- Pass a Criminal Background Check & drug test.
- 7:30am to 4:00pm availability M-F preferred! But we do have some flexibility.
Physical Demands
- The ability to lift or move up to 60 lbs.
- The ability to assume and maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, playing on the floor with a child) for extended periods.
