Senior Sales Executive Job Description :

Are you excited about the opportunity to bring your sales experience to a top-tier company that leads in both content and technology? Your Responsibilities :

  • Develop and grow new customer accounts in the legal community within an assigned territory.
  • Utilize consultative selling methods to identify opportunities for FindLaw's web-based marketing and advertising solutions.
  • Partner with our internal Account Management team to ensure post-sales satisfaction and retention of existing clients.

Role Highlights :

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas within your designated territory.
  • Consult with clients on web-based marketing strategies tailored to their business needs.
  • Engage in prospecting and cold calling to strategically expand your customer base.
  • Utilize your technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to address client concerns and strengthen client relationships.
  • Your Profile :

  • Demonstrated success in outside sales within a professional B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales performance metrics.
  • Experience in online or advertising sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge & Skills :

  • Familiarity with sales processes, methods, and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to translate market needs into viable solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with an independent work ethic.
  • Travel Requirements :

  • Willingness to travel regularly, with some overnight trips based on territory, to client locations.
