Responsibilities:
-
Perform daily dealership accounting functions.

Review schedules, and work to clear up any discrepancies.

Assist with Customer Payoffs and follow up on trade titles.

Process Title & Registration work for all Retail transactions.

Process Title work for all Wholesale and Dealer Trade transactions.

Ensure correct documentation is available to support all types of titling & Registration transactions to include: Routine Arizona transactions, Out of State, Sales Tax Exemption, Tribal etc.

Submit all authorized title transfers to Arizona Auto Dealers Association (AADA).

Work closely with various Arizona titling services, Out of State DMV, Auto Auctions and any other regulatory agency.

Maintain an outstanding title report with details weekly.

Keep apprised of all current federal and state laws regarding vehicle title processing.

Assist with the daily bank and mail runs for the dealership.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years automotive accounting experience preferred.

Automotive Title Experience preferred.

Experience with CDK Automotive Computer System preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office suite is preferred

Ability to communicate professionally with customers, co-workers and all regulatory agencies and services.
