The Day-to-Day:
- Engage with customers who have submitted requests over the Internet via email, phone, and text as well as answer inbound sales calls.
- Continue the communications process as outlined by the dealership and update the CRM (VinSolutions) with pertinent information about customer interaction.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership's standards or productivity along with a strategy to meet those goals.
- Commit to learning by gaining in-depth knowledge of the automotive field through individual online module training and continuous coaching.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform outbound call campaigns by following an outline process & script.
- Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
- Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and their benefits to the customer.

- Full-time

- A solution-focused mindset with the ability to address and resolve customer objections effectively
- Comfortable communicating with our customers via phone, email, text, and web chat
- Positive, friendly outgoing personality
- Must be able to take direction and follow scripts and processes outlined by management
- Proficient typing skills with a solid understanding of basic punctuation and grammar
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a seated, focused environment for extended periods
- Self-starter and self-motivator
- Previous sales experience is preferred
