FINE Airport Parking is hiring Customer Service Representatives at our Houston, Hobby location. Come join our family atmosphere and help us provide the "FINE Experience" to our airport parking customers by offering first-class service while respecting company values.
Our CSRs are front and center with the customer, providing a safe, seamless, and prompt parking experience while offering the highest level of customer service - the FINE Experience. A full job description will be provided upon interview.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Assist customers with parking procedures and shuttle services.
- Maintain facility security and uphold company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Process payments and assist with customer accounts.
- Answer phone calls
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
