We are seeking:
A full-time paralegal to join our existing office support staff. Must be highly organized, responsive and reliable. A good candidate will adapt well to new skill sets, is a quick learner, and works well with others. Must complete assignments timely.
Position is for a general practice paralegal, with a focus on criminal defense, civil litigation and family law. Prior experience of at least 5 years in a comparable role required.
Job Duties:
Paralegal duties will include maintaining orderly and comprehensive physical and electronic case files, drafting notices, filing court documents, routine correspondence, discovery, scheduling, processing payments, and client contact/communication. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience. Opportunity at additional pay based on production-based bonuses.
Benefits:
- 5 days of vacation upon hire date available after 90 days of employment, with an accrual of up to 5 additional days of vacation/sick time through the course of the year. (Willing to consider vacation match for lateral hires.)
