As a mid-sized law firm with a team of 13 talented attorneys, we take pride in our robust and diverse legal practice. The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate exceptional abilities in managing the timely and precise transcription and compilation of pleadings and various legal documents. In addition to document management, the paralegal will be responsible for scheduling, docket management, data entry, maintaining client communications, and efficient filing practices. Proficiency in commonly used computer applications within the legal sector is essential. The successful candidate will also provide vital assistance to our assigned attorneys, contributing to the smooth operation of our practice. We offer a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from $42,000 to $54,000 annually. Benefits include an employer-funded retirement plan, comprehensive health, dental, and optical insurance, a Health Reimbursement Account, employer-paid parking, and generous vacation and sick leave. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m., and we celebrate major holidays and offer three summer Friday afternoons off.
