Order Processing Specialist
Reports to: Customer Service/Order Processing Lead
Status: Full Time
Job purpose: Provides customer support by performing order processing duties, including order entry and creation of new formats. Provides backup for creation and manipulation of customer graphics and files as needed for digital printing production.
Key responsibilities:
Create and manage new label formats for digital printing production using BarTender software per product specifications and data functionality
Modify artwork within Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) using customer-supplied artwork or logo
Process customer submitted orders in conjunction with creating typesetting parameter files using proprietary software
Manage PDF file completion after customer approval, up to point of digital printing production
Preferred Requirements and Education
1 – 3 years work experience in print industry
Associate’s Degree (2 yr certificate) or greater
Minimum Requirements and Education:
High School Diploma
Proficiency in Office365 (Outlook and Excel)
Proficiency in Bartender
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software
