Die Cutter/Guillotine Operator
SUMMARY: Responsible for cutting products to customer specifications. Act as an assistant technician to help with equipment and building maintenance when needed. Ensures compliance with safety standards and established policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ultimately preserves Fineline Technologies quality standards and commitments to customers.
Maintains day to day workflow Sato Cut work. From accepting jobs from print stations and maintain steady workflow to next department.
Minimize damage to machine by using correct procedures when operating machinery.
Minimize damage to blades and equipment when changing/replacing cartridges.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly maintenance of equipment and facility.
Reporting machine damages, machine issues, and other machine related problems immediately upon notice.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
