Position Summary : Provides administrative support for the Chief Credit Policy Officer, Chief Credit Officer, and other lenders as needed. Assists in organizing work flow. Prioritizes and completes assigned administrative tasks and projects. Organizes and disseminates relevant information within the office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assists with managing lending portfolios and creating credit files, as needed
- On behalf of Chief Credit Policy Officer, Chief Credit Officer, communicates and follows up with clients
- Assists in the completion and filing of documents
- Works with loan administration to follow up on completion of loan files
- Create, prepares and / or generates reports, agendas, notices, etc. on a regular basis; maintains databases
- Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies for the lending group
- Receives / screens incoming calls and emails for Chief Credit Officer responding independently whenever possible; takes detailed messages when appropriate
- Manages the Chief Credit Officer's calendar and independently schedules appointments and meetings
- Composes and prepares communications and correspondence, such as letters and emails
- Handles client requests for servicing and questions related to all aspects of the client's relationship
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail and email
- Prepares and maintains minutes from all loan committees
- Assembles the loan committee packages for presentation
- Supports Executive communications
- Assists in inputting credit packages for the Chief Credit Officer into Sageworks
- Arranges client and other meetings to include the arrangement of facilities and refreshments or meals
- May be available to close loans or renewals with clients
- Manages the Chief Credit Officers list of renewals, pipeline, past dues and ticklers
- Assists in ensuring compliance with all provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act, Community Reinvestment Act and other banking regulations

Close visual acuity and the ability to adjust focus, with or without correction, are required to perform activities such as, viewing a computer monitor or written materials and documents; reading; writing; preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; close visual inspection. Some distance vision and color vision may be necessary.
Environmental Conditions. A person is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and only exposed to moderate noise; they may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts or machinery such as a copier / printer.
