- 3-5 years' demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Digitally native with proficiency in programs such as MS Office, Google Analytics, and WordPress for website updates and content integration.
- Proficient in email marketing systems and marketing automation (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), with experience in list segmentation and optimization to improve targeting and deliverability.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) for creating marketing materials or collaborating with designers for social and web content.
- Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies.
