FINFROCK is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects within the Architecture department, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project design schedules
- Manage all meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate on resolution of design issues and coordinate with Construction Project Managers
- Review and monitor project design budgets and milestone schedules
- Oversee coordination with external consultants and in-house teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program
- Registered Architects in Florida preferred but not required
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and leading teams on commercial or residential projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
