UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team! This position directly supports the Vice President of Long Term Care.
Seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills and prior admin assistant experience. The right candidate will have strong organizational, filing and clerical skills. Prior experience in healthcare is not required but would be beneficial to the role. This position is located in Geneva, NY in the Living Center North building and is full-time, on-site. Typical office hours, Monday-Friday.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Vice President Long Term Care, provides daily clerical and administrative support assuring the Administrative office is maintained in a smooth-running, efficient manner. Represents the office to the public in the absence of the VPLTC. Provides support to LTC Nursing Management, Activities, and Social Work.

Two year degree with emphasis in business office practice or related experience considered.

Three to five years' high level secretarial experience

Must be able to type 50-60 wpm; computer proficiency.
