Primary Responsibilities:
o Administrative support for FLX team
o Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, document processing, and follow-up.
o Prepare, process, blotter and follow up on client service requests such as:
o Inform team of trades, buys, sells, & distribution requests from clients
o Deposit investment checks
o Client Account documentation, maintenance & processing
o Assist clients with online account access & maintenance
o Change clients account address, phone, email, bank instructions etc.
o Greet clients and other visitors coming in to the office
o Open and distribute all mail each day
o Answer main phone line
o Prepare new client documents
o Maintain CRM (Redtail) database
o Input/update contact info
o Set up, Follow up on review appointments
o Prepare and send blast email messages to clients
o Create various templates (email, activity, etc.)
o Create and run various reports
o Update/Maintain FLIC website (flxinvestments.com)
o Content
o Update/Maintain client data at Osaic Wealth and eQuipt
o Required documents and follow-up
o Linking accounts
o New Accounts started
o Get PMR approvals (Promotional Material Request)
As Needed:
· Assist in required Osaic documents and requests
· Prepare and send client communications such as birthday and anniversary cards, review appointment requests, etc.
· Help plan & coordinate Client Events
· Maintain office supplies
· Monthly correspondence blotters for Dan B. & Jake B.

· $50,000 Salary based on experience

JOB SUMMARY:
This is a professional position that will be part of our team by supporting and servicing existing and potential clients with our wealth management process. You will be expected to assist and understand all aspects of the business for superior client service. These aspects will include responding to client requests, data entry, client relationship management and software, utilizing client reporting, financial planning and investment statement preparation. Mentoring and big-picture direction will be provided, but you must have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills, work independently, be open to learning and anticipate client needs. The firm is committed to helping the new hire reach his or her goals.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
· Work in the office M-F 8:30 AM- 4:30PM
· Flexibility with work schedules to accommodate personal needs.
· Be part of team meetings on strategies for client accounts.
· Cross training for shared responsibilities.
· Involvement in all aspects of pre-client meeting activities, such as gathering client finances information, preparation of meeting agendas and recommendations, client paperwork, meeting notes and post client meeting tasks.
· Greet clients and visitors coming to the office.
· Provide information/education to clients about the purpose and details of their strategies.
· Prepare and send client birthday and anniversary cards, review appointment requests and reminders.
· Servicing client needs and requirements as determined through client interaction and advisor requests
· Create and run various reports for clients and advisors.
· Handle communication with the client base including phone calls, emails and meetings.
· Provide positive and professional service to the client base assigned.
· Build and maintain a relationship with the client base with main focus on service and operations.
· Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies.
· Participate in advisor meetings, training, and continuing education requirements.
· Help plan, coordinate and attend firm client events.
